As the nation’s green guinea pig, California adopts, refines, and then spreads aggressive environmental regulations to other states. This session will uncover the long-term strategy behind these extreme environmental policy efforts and the disastrous impact that such overregulation has on businesses and families. It will also examine several Golden State policies that could be headed to your state next.
