Discussion about the impact of regulation reforms and an onsite visit to a local refinery will highlight the Thomas Jefferson Institute’s annual State Energy Policy Summit this year. Other summit discussion topics will include electricity, pipelines, fracking, nuclear power, and off-shore gas and oil exploration and development. A clean water update will also be included in the program.
