The annual Thomas A. Roe Award Dinner is a special time to celebrate our network’s growth and accomplishments. Named after SPN’s founder, the Roe Award pays tribute to those in the state-based liberty movement whose achievements have greatly advanced free-market principles and solutions. This year’s Roe Award will recognize an outstanding network leader for their leadership, innovation, and accomplishment in public policy.
Following the award presentation,
Patrick Bryne, CEO of Overstock.com and well-known philanthropist, will be interviewed by
PJ O’Rourke, leading political satirist and best-selling author. O’Rourke and Byrne’s conversation will highlight Byrne’s role as a leading businessman and humanitarian. Of particular interest for all current and future leaders in the audience will be hearing Byrne speak about his experience and the lessons learned while growing Overstock.com into the successful, responsible company it is today.
