Development: Pushing Your Organization to New Heights

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Our movement preaches entrepreneurialism and innovation – but do we practice what we preach in our fundraising methods? Thriving organizations take calculated risks, experimenting with new development methods to forge new paths once they have the basic building blocks of their fundraising program in place. In this session, you’ll hear how network organizations have stepped up their fundraising game by looking inside, looking outside, and turning things upside down. Such game-changing efforts require the buy-in and partnership of both development staff and CEOs, so fundraisers and executives are encouraged to attend together.
